Brompton’s latest bicycle created in collaboration with adventurer Bear Grylls has hit the road in the UK.

The new Brompton x Bear Grylls C Line Explore has got loads of beefed-up features to help it go off-piste, such as a Brooks C1 All Weather saddle and Schwalbe Marathon Racer Tanwall tyres. It’s also got a special-edition 17-litre backpack and a one-litre pouch which fit to the bike itself, making it great for transporting all kinds of adventure gear. They’re both waterproof, too. 

The rolltop backpack gets a padded laptop sleeve, too, as well as orange highlights and a customisable laser-etched patch. The rolltop pouch, meanwhile, can be fixed to either the handlebars or the saddle and has an extra zippered pocket. Unlike the backpack, the pouch won’t be available for separate purchase and will only be available as part of the bundle with the bike itself. 

All bikes are finished in a Moss Green, Mushroom Grey and ‘Adventure’ Orange – a Bear Grylls signature – colourway. Like other Brompton bicycles, the Bear Grylls special edition can be quickly and easily folded away, while a range of seatpost lengths are available so you can get the ideal fit.
