Wahoo has rolled out a range of updates for its entry-level Kickr Rollr smart indoor trainer.
Aiming to bring a ‘more immersive indoor training experience’, the Kickr Rollr retains its dual-roller design, which allows riders to get on the go without having to remove the rear wheel.

The updated Kickr Rollr brings consistent power readings to help riders track workouts and monitor progress effectively. Wahoo says that though the Kickr Rollr ‘may not match’ the accuracy of direct-drive trainers, the free-moving rear-end design means that for everyday riders, power delivery is more dependable and approachable.
There’s also a new enhanced virtual riding experience which, when coupled with online trainers such as Wahoo SYSTM or Zwift, will give riders a more engaging experience than before.

Gareth Joyce, CEO of Wahoo, said: “We’re excited to announce this latest update to the Kickr Rollr, bringing consistent power readings to a trainer already known for its simplicity and ease of use. The Kickr Rollr is a perfect choice for those riders starting their indoor cycling journey thanks to its natural ride feel, quick set-up, and now the ability to train with power based data insights.”
A new Power meter connect feature also means that riders can pair the Kickr Roller with Wahoo’s Speedplay power pedals – or power meters from other providers – to get even more riding data when on the go.
Priced at £549, the new Wahoo Kickr Rollr is available to buy now.
