The very best adventure gear taken to the most amazing of places

Adidas is broadening its Agravic line-up with a new TT model.

Designed for ‘rocky trails, steep descents or unpredictable surfaces’, the new Agravic TT brings together the brand’s Lightstrike Pro and Lightstrike+ technology which aims to ensure maximum stability with a lightweight, responsive feel.

Priced at £160, the Agravic TT gets a rock plate for underfoot protection and a chunky multidirectional lug pattern for enhanced traction even on the slippiest of surfaces. Adidas says that the TT is pitched primarily as a fast racing shoe for ‘super technical terrain’.

Orange flashes help the shoe to stand out

A striking launch colourway brings flashes of orange and luminous yellow, while the famous Adidas three stripes motif is applied down the outside of the shoe. On the inside, you’ll find the bold Terrex logo emblazoned across the full length of the trainer.

The TT follows on from the Agravic Speed Ultra 2 launched last month. Slightly more expensive at £200, this model brings even quicker responses thanks to a Lightstrike Pro midsole with a more exaggerated rocker design that aims to smooth out transitions at pace.

Underneath, the Ultra 2 gets a Continental Rubber outsole, which has been a firm favourite in the Adidas line-up for several years now.

It mirrors the TT in terms of design, too, with contrasting orange sections and prominent Adidas and Terrex logos on both shoes.
