Vans OTW and Neighborhood have collaborated for the sixth time with newly crafted versions of the Half Cab and Classic Slip-on models.
Designed to bring a new, upmarket take on these iconic trainers, they both get a construction which uses premium suede and leather for a more premium feel.

Take the Half Cab 33. You’ll find ‘Craft with Pride Tokyo Est.1994’ on the sides, which references the date that Neighborhood was founded in Harajuku, Tokyo. From there, you’ll also find ‘Filth & Fury’ on each toe box, as well as ‘Neighborhood Craft with Price’ on the heel. There’s even a debossed ‘NBHD’ logo on the heel of the Half Cab.
The Vans Slip-on 98 follows a similar theme, with ‘Neighborhood Tokyo Est. 1994 Technical Apparel Craft With Pride’ on the top of the shoe as a reminder that these are something a little different to the usual.

Neighborhood is no stranger to a Vans tie-up, either, with one of its most recent drops being reworked versions of the Old Skool. Much like this latest announcement, the Old Skool 36 models were available in both natural and black colourways, and featured imprints of the brand’s key statements in many areas of the shoe.
The new Vans OTW and Neighborhood Half Cab 33 and Classic Slip-on shoes are set to go on-sale via the Vans website on June 27. Expect them to command a slightly higher price tag than the standard shoes.
