Japanese firm Goldwin has unveiled its new autumn collection, showcasing a range of clothing which mixes between outdoor, lifestyle and aesthetic areas.
Tapping into the brand’s connection with nature and Japanese culture, the new collection includes a variety of exciting new pieces, including the Gore-Tex Connector jacket which uses 70-denier thickness material to help deliver a waterproof yet breathable outer skin blended into a boxy silhouette.

You’ve also got the Pertex Shieldair One Tuck pants, which have been designed to aid comfort when you’re active in ‘hot and humid environments’ while the Pertex Unlimited jacket has a ‘cotton-like’ texture which blends taffeta and mesh to create a very comfortable yet functional piece. Parts of the coat are made from recycled yarn, too, to reduce environmental impact.
We’re big fans of the Pertex Equilibrium Gill Vent jacket, too, which takes an almost bomber jacket-like aesthetic with a comfortable wide-body design which incorporates extra underarm ventilation and a double-slider zipper alongside a handy built-in hood. In fact, you pack the whole coat into a pocket inside the hood to make transporting it when not in use even easier.

It’s all topped off by a Windstopper by Gore-Tex Labs bucket hat. Available in three colours – black, deep charcoal and light beige – it’s made from a water-repellent nylon garbadine that can help shake off light rain. The interior is finished in a lining that can block out wind yet still let moisture out on warmer days.
Goldwin’s new collection is available to order now via the firm’s website.
