Yeti has applied its tried-and-tested rugged craftsmanship to coffee brewing with a robust new Rambler French Press.
Priced at £130, Yeti’s Rambler French Press is made with the same chunky materials as you’d find on the brand’s regular drinkware range with a Durasip ceramic coating ensuring that it can handle the rough-and-tumble of the great outdoors. It’s all crafted from kitchen-grade stainless steel which is both puncture and rust-resistant, too.

Available in four colours – Big Wave blue, tropical pink, navy and white – the French Press has two capacities of 34 and 64 ounces and, as with all Yeti gear, it’s dishwasher safe too.
Yeti says that you should get between two and four cups of coffee with the 34-ounce version or just over six cups from the larger model. It can be used for brewing tea, too, so you’re not just limited to coffee.

You’ll also find the French Press has a clear ‘Tritan’ lid with a metal press stopper, as well as a GroundsControl filter to ensure a great pour every time. Yeti says that this special filter means that you can keep coffee warm in the French Press without over-extracting the coffee, which can lead to a bitter taste. This differs from traditional French presses which require you to pour the coffee right away to avoid continued extraction and an unpleasant flavour.
Plus, the main portion of the French Press can be equipped with an optional MagSlider lid which transforms it into a normal pitcher, giving it a wider range of uses in the process.
The new French Press is available to order through Yeti’s website now.
